Taste and See: A Journey through the Food of our Faith

June 14, 6:00 pm - July 21 - 7:00 pm 2023  |  A&M United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall

A&M United Methodist Church, University Drive, College Station, TX, USA

Food plays a significant role throughout the Bible. Jesus recruits fishermen and curses fig trees. We see bread falling from the heavens and the aroma of burnt offerings being lifted up to God. What we find is that faith is something we can taste. Join us on Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m., for a study on food and faith, where we will take a deep dive into the food of the Bible and what it means for us today. On the final week of the study, we will celebrate together with a potluck dinner. This study is based on the book Taste and See by Margaret Feinberg. You do not have to purchase the book for this study, but you are welcome to use it for reference. If you want to purchase the book, you may do so here.
