As summer comes to a close and we gear up for the busyness that the Fall school and work calendars bring, we invite you to a day of Sabbath rest at “Building Your Spiritual Toolbox,” a day retreat hosted at A&M United Methodist Church. This transformative experience invites you to explore spiritual practices that help us find rest in the midst of demanding schedules. Led by experienced certified spiritual directors, you’ll be guided through a sacred Sabbath journey within the walls of our church, strengthening your faith and aligning your spirit. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to gather tools rooted in Christian spirituality, empowering you to navigate the Fall calendar ahead with resilience, grace, and a profound connection with God.
